Memberships run on a month-to-month basis with no extended contracts. First month’s payment is required to sign up and is not refundable or transferable. Membership commences on the date of sign up and monthly amount will be charged on that date of month each month unless otherwise noted. 

Member agrees to leave a valid credit card on file and authorizes Ashes Yoga to charge this credit card an automatic withdrawal each month. 

Ashes Yoga reserves the right to amend the terms of this agreement at any time. The full terms of this agreement, updated with any changes, is located at Please check regularly for any agreement changes to ensure that you’re familiar with the most current version.


With an active Ashes Yoga Studio Membership, you’ll enjoy:

  • 5, 9, or unlimited yoga classes each month. Choose classes from the regularly scheduled class list on our website. Does not include pre-registered or specialty classes, workshops or special events. Class schedule is subject to change without notice. Please check our website for the latest updates.
  • Discount on specialty classes, workshops and one-on-one or small group yoga sessions.
  • Ability to pause your membership for up to 60 days in a 12 month period with written notice by emailing
  • Cancel your membership before your next billing cycle by emailing


You agree to leave a valid credit card on file with Ashes Yoga, and authorize Ashes Yoga to charge your card automatically each month. If your card number changes, expires, or you have a change of address, you must notify us in writing at before your next scheduled monthly payment so that we can update your information. Ashes Yoga reserves the right to cancel your membership after any unsuccessful charge attempt. Ashes Yoga is not responsible for any fees assessed by your bank or credit card provider for lack of funds, overcharges, or any other fees.

Your membership will auto-renew each month indefinitely until you cancel your month-to-month contract. You can cancel your membership free of charge anytime with written notice to All memberships paid monthly are not refundable in part or full after auto-payment has gone through under any circumstances.

Need a temporary break from your practice? Whatever the case may be, we’re happy to pause your Membership for up to 60 days in any 12-month period. Kindly email your Pause Request to before your desired pause start date. This option allows you to maintain any discounts associated with your membership.

IN CASE OF INJURY/ILLNESS: If you’re unable to practice as the result of injury or illness, we will gladly pause your membership. Please inform us by email to When you’re ready to resume your practice, we’ll ask you to bring us a doctor’s note, indicating that you are healthy and able to resume practice. Please allow at least 48 hours for us to re-activate your account.


We are open 15 minutes before class begins. We encourage you to arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled class to give yourself adequate time to check-in and get settled before class starts. For the safety of the students and their belongings, we lock the doors at the time that class begins and do not allow late arrivals into class.  Please ensure that you are on time for class.


We currently do not penalize or charge for the class if you are not present, regardless if you have pre-registered for class. This policy may change as class sizes increase and waitlists become common.

Because we care, we would appreciate if you canceled prior to class so we can ensure we start on time and do not worry. We have two convenient ways to cancel:

Cancel online: The most convenient way to cancel a reservation is to cancel online. Find your confirmation email and cancel or reschedule from there.

Cancel by text: If you’re in a pinch, running late, or can’t cancel online, you can cancel by texting 360-930-9550. Text a message with your name and the time of the class reservation you need to cancel.
